OR How about the saying.. "If it isn't broken, don't fix it."? Well we like to do just the opposite by saying, "If it isn't broken, then tweak it!"
A little background about the owner
My name is Joseph Livengood the owner of Joe's Digital Services. I was raised in a small town called Mocksville, NC and as a teenager I was pretty good at fixing just about anything around the home from plumbing, electronics, mechanics, just about anything. However, I wasn't introduced to the internet or knew anything about computers until 2001 (I was late I know).
So how did I become a technician? Well, I started having trouble with the first computer I had purchased from a friend of mine. I couldn't get a hold of the guy I bought it from to help me or to fix it, so I had to fix it myself. After this my friends and family started asking me to help them, like this I learned a lot and I became the family tech guy earning the nick name "Jack of all trades".
So in 2005 I decided to make it a career by attending College where I studied Computer Networking Technology for two years. This got me a fantastic job working on Sony Refurbished laptops where I had to repair a minimum of 20 laptops a day! After this I had worked as several other jobs as a remote Technician learning how to deal with just about all software issues and removing malware remotely.
